There are two changes that you will notice right away.
The first will be the task bar. In Windows 11, the task bar will move all your icons to the middle:
If you want to change that back to original, right click anywhere on the blank part, and click Taskbar settings.
Then, click Taskbar Behaviors, and change the "Taskbar Alignment" from Center to Left
The second will be the Start Menu, which now looks roughly like this:
To see all of your apps like you could in Windows 10, click "All" at the top right. Unfortunately, there is no way to go back to the original Windows 10 look, as Microsoft has decided that the "App" look is the direction they are going now.
