Here are the steps to update Lawsuite from home while connected to the VPN.
(As a reminder, if you are in the office, all you have to do is restart your computer)


  1. Confirm you are connected to the VPN and can see your network drives
  2. NON-PIN USERS/People who use a password to log into their computer:
    • Visit the Z: Drive, go to the LawSuite Batch File folder, and double-click the file called "ls_copy_2023"file

  3. PIN USERS/Converted Users:

    • Double-click the icon on your desktop called "Update Lawsuite"

    • or

    • Search in your start menu for a program called "Company Portal". In the Company Portal, click Lawsuite, and click Install. This will add that icon to your desktop for future use as well.
