Periodically, you may need to clear your cookies and cache from Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome. This allows the websites you visit to load new data and update any existing authentication tokens (the thing that lets you stay logged in when you revisit a webpage.) The following will help you do that for both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome:

Microsoft Edge

  1. At the top right, click on the 3 dots, and then at the bottom click on Settings:
  2. On the left, click on "Privacy, search, and services"
  3. On the right, scroll down and click on "Choose what to Clear" under the "Clear browsing data" section:
  4. In the box that appears, do the following:
    1. Click the "Time Range" and change it to "All time"
    2. Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
    3. Click "Clear now" at the bottom
  5. Close Edge and open it again. Now your cookies and cache have been cleared.

Google Chrome

  1. Just like in Microsoft Edge, click the 3 dots at the top right, and go down to settings:
  2. On the left of the settings menu, click "Privacy and Security"
  3. Then click "Clear browsing data" under the Privacy and Security section:
  4. In the window that appears, do the following:
    1. Click the Basic tab at the top
    2. Change the Time Range to "All Time"
    3. Check the boxes for both "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached Images and Files"
    4. Then click Clear data at the bottom
  5. Close Google Chrome and open it again. Now your cookies and cache have been cleared.

Please let us know if you have any questions about this process, and have a great day!
