If the Needles Add-in is missing from Outlook, it generally means that Outlook has disabled the add-in when it was starting. In order to turn it back on, please do the following:


  1. In Outlook, click "File" at the top left of your window
  2. In the middle of the Account Information screen, click the icon next to "Slow or Disabled COM Add-ins"
  3. Click the option for Needles, and choose "Enable"
  4. Turn off Monitoring for 30 days, and then click apply
  5. Close the Window, and restart Outlook


This should resolve the missing Needles Add-in issue. If it doesn't, please submit a ticket to help@burgsimpson.com.
