First log out of your zoom account by clicking on your initials in the upper right of the desktop app, or the portrait in the upper right of the web page:

Next Log in as the person you are wanting to create the meeting as/for.
Third click on the meetings tab of the app or the meetings tab on the left hand side of the website.
Then to create a meeting click the + sign on the app:

Or the schedule a meeting button on the web page:

Then schedule the meeting for whenever you need to schedule it and invite whoever needs to be invited.
