It appears that Zoom has initiated a push to update everyone below a certain threshold. Here are steps to update your Zoom application if you get the error that says "Ask IT to do the Update":

  1. Click this link: " Download Center for Zoom Apps and Plugins | Zoom "
  2. Click "Download for IT Admin" at the top right, and then click "Download MSI"

  3. Install the item that downloads, and then try again
