Zoom Personal Conference Numbers are a quick and easy way to start a multi-user conference call without having to dial everyone in. Simple send out the call-in number and access code, call into it, and then using your Host code, start the meeting, and you're good to go.


  • This information can be found by going online to https://www.zoom.us and logging into your account
  • Then, Click on Personal Audio Conference on the left
    • For Participants:
      • You'll want to send the Dial-In number, Conference ID, and Participant Passcode to the people you want to join.
    • For the Host
      • For you, you'll use the same Dial-In number, Conference ID, but you'll use the Host Code at the bottom to join.


This system can have anywhere from 100-300 participants in the call max, depending on your current Zoom license.
