This is a guide on the step-by-step instructions on how to turn on the Call Control feature in Zoom.
- Before continuing, it is important to restart Zoom. To do so, open Zoom, and on the Task Bar, right click the icon and choose "Quit Zoom":
- Now, re-open Zoom. Log In if you have to
- In Zoom, click on the Phone Tab at the top
- At the top right, under your initials, click this phone Icon:
- Next to your name, click the toggle to turn it on
- On your physical phone, press the YES button
- Now you are all set up and ready to go
To test the feature, call your office phone number. Use Zoom to answer the call on the computer, and it should now pick up the call on your phone in Speaker mode.
If you want to turn this feature off, repeat steps 3 through 5 above, and turn it off on Step 5.
***REMEMBER TO TURN OFF CALL CONTROL WHEN WORKING FROM HOME***

More Information About Call Control:
- When Call Control is on, if you answer the call on your computer, it will pick up on your desktop phone in Speaker Mode (hands free)
- When Call Control is on, if you are holding the handset and answer the call on your computer, it will come through the handset
