In addition, here are some quick tricks you can use to make using the Zoom Phone System even better:

1. How to change the ringtone for the desk phone
   1. Press the phone icon on the desk phone
   2. Go down to 7. Setting, and press the middle key in the circle
   3. Go into Basic
   4. Go down to Ring Type
   5. Go into Default
   6. Select a tone
      1. You can use the play button to play the tone
   7. Once you find the one you like, press the Select key at the top
   8. Then press the Home key twice to exit
2. How to create a group chat in the Zoom App
   1. In the Zoom app, go to the Team Chat tab at the top
   2. On the left, click the ... next to Channels and click Create a Channel
   3. Input a name, Channel Type (access level), and add the members
   4. Click Create Channel at the bottom
   5. Each person invited will be notified and will need to accept before the channel is functional
